HOW I WORK - AKA THE PROCESS
LET'S START THE CONVERSATION
If you have a child who is struggling or you may be struggling, I am here to help.
I offer individual and group services to meet your needs.
FIRST STEP
The process begins with a meeting with the child's legal guardians. I am interested in hearing more about what your child is struggling with and coming up with a theraputic plan for your family.
I KEEP YOU FOCUSED AND ON TRACK
Using the treatment that will be the best fit for your child, I can help them learn to identify and manage problematic thoughts, identify and experience emotions in a healthy way, build and maintain effective relationships with others, and become more mindful of the positive experiences they have in daily life.
CONSIDER ME, YOUR OWN CHEERING SQUAD
During sessions, I will help you and your child identify the challenges they are currently facing as well as goals for treatment. Your child and I will collaboratively define specific goals they would like to work towards.

CRISIS RESOURCES
If you or your child are currently experiencing active suicidal thoughts, ideations, or self-harming behaviors, it is my recommendation that you seek a higher level of care than what is offered at Iter Counseling.
It can be challenging to balance school, activities and life. There is no manual that ensures you get it right all the time. I’m here as support during this delicate time.
